Located in the heart of Kerala’s legendary Western Ghats, our microclimate benefits from mineral-rich soils and predictable monsoon cycles.
Unlike massive commercial monoculture operations, our partner estates integrate coffee seamlessly within polyculture systems alongside native trees, black pepper vines, and cardamom plants. This balance preserves regional biodiversity while cultivating green coffee beans with unparalleled structural density and flavor stability.
